I directed the art of this video with a vibrant, high-energy style, utilizing a mix of stylized animated characters and brand logos. The animated characters, Leanne and Menno, have a distinct, modern look with expressive features and fluid movements. The color palette is varied and eye-catching, with each brand segment reflecting its unique identity while maintaining the overall high-energy vibe. The main challenge I faced was effectively communicating IRIS Worldwide's diverse portfolio of global business wins in a concise and engaging 60-second recap. I needed to showcase numerous brands and their respective projects without overwhelming the viewer or losing the overall narrative of the agency's success. Additionally, I had to ensure that each brand segment felt distinct yet cohesive within the broader context of the IRIS brand.
I addressed this challenge by using animated characters, Leanne and Menno, as narrators to guide the viewer through the recap. Their expressive features and fluid movements, achieved through the integration of AI-generated content, added a layer of personality and engagement to the video. I also utilized fast-paced cuts and rhythmic transitions to create a sense of momentum and keep the recap within the 60-second timeframe. By carefully curating the brand segments and maintaining a consistent high-energy tone, I was able to effectively communicate IRIS Worldwide's global business wins in a visually compelling and memorable way.
